You are welcome to explore the website, understand our work, read our thinking and get to know FourTwo.
Please don’t:
* Copy, reproduce or republish our website or its content without our permission.
* Use our work, frameworks, writing, visuals or other material for commercial purposes without written permission.
* Attempt to interfere with the website, its security or its operation.
* Use automated tools to systematically scrape or reproduce substantial portions of the website.
* Use our identity or content in a way that suggests an association, partnership or endorsement that doesn’t exist.
Use the website responsibly. That’s the basic idea.

Some of what you see belongs to FourTwo.
Some of it belongs to our clients.
Some of it belongs to the people and partners who helped us create it.
Our website design, writing, visual systems, original graphics, photography, films, presentations, frameworks and other original Four Two material remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Client names, logos, trademarks, products and other client-owned material remain the property of their respective owners.
Seeing something here doesn’t mean you can use it.
If you’d like to use something, ask us first.
03 — The 42 Brand Operating System™
The 42 Brand Operating System™ is part of how we think and work.
Its methodology, structure, terminology, frameworks and associated materials are proprietary to FourTwo unless expressly stated otherwise.
They are not free templates, frameworks or resources for reproduction.
You can understand the thinking.
You cannot reproduce the system.

We believe good work deserves to be seen.
We may showcase selected client work, brand identities, case studies, outcomes and collaborations on this website and through our communication channels.
We do this subject to the relevant client agreements, confidentiality obligations and permissions.
If a project is confidential, its confidentiality comes first.
Always.
05 — Talking about working together
Everything you see on this website is an introduction to FourTwo and our capabilities.
It is not a quotation, proposal, scope of work or promise to provide any particular service.
When we decide to work together, the relationship will be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, agreement or other written terms.
Those terms will take precedence over anything general stated on this website.
06 — Sending us an idea
We like ideas.
We also like protecting them.
If you contact us through the website, please avoid sending confidential or proprietary information unless an appropriate confidentiality arrangement is already in place.
Submitting an idea, brief or enquiry does not automatically create a confidential relationship, client relationship or obligation between you and FourTwo.
07 — What’s on the website
We make a reasonable effort to keep the website accurate and up to date.
But brands evolve. Work evolves. Information evolves.
So we don’t promise that every piece of information will always be complete, current or error-free.
The website is provided on an “as available” basis.

You may find links to third-party websites, platforms or resources across our website.
