Roles & Responsibilities
1. Prepare quotations and share them with clients via email.
2. Issue engagement letter agreement and facilitate client onboarding processes.
3. Conduct follow-up calls with clients as necessary to address any queries or concerns.
4. Coordinate with team members for travel arrangements.
5. Generate monthly reports for accounting and GST departments.
6. Facilitate coordination between multiple parties including Chartered Accountants (CA), Company Secretaries (CS), and Lawyers for compliance-related tasks.
